The Harbaugh brothers came head to head as the San Francisco 49ers travelled to Baltimore to face the Ravens at the M & T Bank Stadium on Thursday night in the historic 'Harbaugh Bowl'.

On a bumper three game special on Thursday, the Packers travelled to the Lions for their divisional clash and the Dolphins made the trip along to Texas to face the Cowboys.
All the action wasn't done there however as the weekend featured kick returns, impossible catches made possible, rookie master classes and drama as always including Tebowmania running wild yet again.
Week 12 Highlight - Thursday Night Football
San Francisco 49ers @ Baltimore Ravens
It was a family affair to headline any thankgiving week but the match certainly didnt match the build up.
But the match is my highlight because of its uniqueness in terms of the time and because of the rare connection - they are the first brothers in history to serve as NFL coaches
But It would be the older brother who would be enjoying the thanksgiving turkey more as John Harbaugh and his Ravens side took a 16-6 victory.

Aaron Rodgers threw two touchdowns and the Packers made the most of the ejection of Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh after he stamped on Evan Dietrich-Smith's arm in what was an enthralling match.

Game of the Week - Denver Broncos 16 San Diego Chargers 13 (Overtime)
Some people may love him, some people will hate him, but you cant deny that Tim Tebow goes out and gets a win. Another thing is he seems to want it to be as dramatic as possible and this week was no exception. The Broncos QB led the charge up the field late in Overtime after Chargers kicker Nick Novak missed his attempt to win the game from 53 yards. It was left to Matt Prater who finished off the drive with a 37-yard field goal to put the Broncos up to (6-5), with Tebow 7-1 as a Broncos starter.
Buffalo Bills 24 New York Jets 28
The Jets remain in the play-off chase after responding well to the defeat to Brocnos last week. QB Mark Sanchez threw four touchdown passes and had to be on top form with the opposition QB Ryan Fitzpatrick having an impressive day also throwing for 264 yards for three touchdowns in an entertaining game at the Meadowlands stadium.
Cleveland Browns 20 Cincinatti Bengals 23
A last minute field goal from Mike Nugent from 26 yards saw the Bengals sneak past the Browns. Bengals rookie QB Andy Dalton continues an impressive first season throwing a single touchdown for 270 yards.
Minnesota Vikings 14 Atlanta Falcons 24
The Falcons were forced to hang on after what seemed a game well won at half time with a lead of 17-0. Falcons QB Matt Ryan was at his best throwing three touchdowns for 262 yards but with an impressive completion rate of 79%
Houston Texans 20 Jacksonville Jaguars 13
Talk about a game of one half - all the action happened in the first two quarters but the Texans victory was over shadowed by the injury to QB Matt Leinart to leave Houston with only two QB's left to choose from. The Jaguars looked hopeless on offense as QB Blaine Gabbert was sacked six times and completed less than half of his passing attempts.
Arizona Cardinals 23 St Louis Rams 20
One of the rookies of the year Patrick Peterson (cornerback) was on the top of his game tieing an NFL record for punt returns in a season (4) but so was Cardinals running back Beanie Wells who rushed for a franchise record of 228 yards.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers 17 Tennessee Titans 23
Superstar running back Chris Johnson was back to his best after a mixed season, rushing for a season-high of 190 yards as the Titans edged past the Bucs.
Carolina Panthers 27 Indianapolis Colts 19
The Colts remain winless as Panthers QB Cam Newton led the charge throwing for 208 yards (74% completed) and a rushing score. DeAngelo Williams also rushed in for two touchdowns himself.
Washington Redskins 23 Seattle Seahawks 17
The Redskins performed a 16-point assault in the 4th quarter to see them past a stunned Seahawks team. Redskins QB and Plan B look-a-like Rex Grossman threw for 314 yards to stop their losing streak (was on 6).

With starting QB Jay Cutler injured, the Bears were forced to give a debut to Caleb Hanie who filled the space. He did himself justice throwing for an impressive start of 254 yards but the 3 interceptions held him back. Raiders QB Carson Palmer continues to make his former side (Bengals) wonder where this form has come from as he threw for 301 yards to put the Raiders on (7-4)
New England Patriots 38 Philadelphia Eagles 20
Patriots Quarterback Tom Brady was in supreme form to heap more pressure on Eagles coach Andy Reid. The fans chanted for him to be fired as Brady fired three touchdown passes with a game total of 361 yards to see them past the Eagles in a rematch of the 2005 Superbowl. A win for the Patriots was made even more impressive when taking into account that stand-in Quarterback Vince Young threw for a career-best of 400 yards
Sunday Night Football - Pittsburgh Steelers 13 Kansas City Chiefs 9
They werent impressive but they did enough. The Superbowl XLV runners-up epitomised the winning ugly mentality you need at this stage of the season scoring all 13 points in the second quarter. Pittsburgh were powered on by quarterback Ben Roethlisberger (193 yards, 1 TD), who was playing with a broken thumb on his throwing hand. The Steelers remain tied at the top of the AFC North with fierce rivals the Baltimore Ravens.
FACT OF THE WEEK - The Kansas City Chiefs havent reached the end zone now (45 offensive drives) since the 3rd quarter of the game against the Denver Broncos three weeks ago. Poor
